Kazushi Ono returned to Opéra de Lyon earlier in January to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the orchestra there, of which he was Principal Conductor from 2008 to 2017. He conducted three concerts of Ravel's Le tombeau de Couperin, Chausson's Poème and Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet Suite, in Grenoble, Lyon and Dijon.
